1. Shipping. When in stock, orders are usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Orders too large or not serviced by UPS or FedEx will be shipped the most practical carrier of Natural Baseball, LLC’s choice unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Natural Baseball. LLC is not responsible for orders shipped by customer’s carriers. Prepaid shipments may be negotiated.




2. Back Orders. Items not in stock will be placed on back order and shipped immediately when the items are made available. Backorders are filled in the order in which they were received.




3. Prices. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and are F.O.B. Factory in Alpharetta, GA. Prices is subject to change without notice. Natural Baseball, LLC will make every effort to inform resellers of price changes before shipment. To achieve quantity discount, Dealers and Distributors may mix products from all categories to reach minimum piece discount level.




4. Freight. Transportation charges for shipment are prepaid and added to invoice for most orders. If special routing, carrier, or method-of-packing are requested, such extra cost will be at the customer’s expense. We are not liable for delays in shipment caused by conditions beyond our control. Claims for shipping or damage must be settled between the dealer/distributor and the carrier.

 

5. Returned Goods. NO returns shall be accepted without factory authorization, regardless of reason. Standard products of current design, if new, unopened and unused in the original factory carton, will be considered for return within 1 month of the date of purchase, and will be subject to a retesting/inspection/restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price, less original freight and taxes. Return transportation must be prepaid by customer or reseller. Product shipped in error will receive full credit. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Natural Baseball, LLC PRIOR to returning the product, available by contacting Natural Baseball, LLC Customer Service. Returned goods must include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Natural Baseball, LLC receipt and the RGA number clearly written on the receipt and outside of the box. No deduction for payment on the original receipt is authorized until Natural Baseball, LLC issues a credit for the purchase.

 

6. Refused Shipments. If a shipment is refused and returned to us without our prior approval, shipping charges BOTH WAYS, plus a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Customer account will be subject to “Do Not Ship” status until such charges are paid.                                                       
7. Custom and Closeout Sales. All custom product and closeout sales are final, and are not subject to return or exchange.

      8. Product Warranty. Each Natural Baseball, LLC product is warranted against failure due to manufacturing defects for a period of 1 month following   

         shipment  from  factory. All warranty claims must be brought to the attention of Natural Baseball, LLC within 30 days after initial discovery of product

         failure. Manufacturer’s responsibility during this warranty period is limited to repair or replacement free of charge of products proving defective under  

         normal use or service when returned to the factory, transportation charges prepaid. Warranty is void on products that have been subjected to misuse,

         alteration, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized repair. Natural Baseball, LLC makes no warranty with respect to fitness of

         any goods for a  user’s particular application and assumes no responsibility for improper selection and use of its products. This warranty is in lieu of all

         other warranties, express or  implied, and limits the manufacturer’s liability for damages to the cost of the product. This warranty gives consumer

         specific legal rights, and consumer may have  other rights which vary from state to state.

     9. Reseller Privileges. Natural Baseball’s Reseller Program is a privilege extended to businesses whose intention is to resale the products we 

         manufacture. Just being in business or having possession of a price sheet does not automatically confer the right to participate in the Reseller

         Program.

Ordering. All reseller orders must be made via The Natural swing trainer website at www.thenaturalswingtrainer.com using the reseller code provided by Natural Baseball, LLC.

First Order. Resellers must have a net value of $300.00 USD and a signed reseller agreement on file. All sales are charged to a Credit Card or electronic check.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

    10. Trademarks and Copyrighted Material. Reseller acknowledges that Natural Baseball, LLC shall review and approve any use of logos, trademarks

          and/or copyrighted material prior to printing or other public distribution of such information.

Privacy Policy: Information provided to Natural Baseball, LLC customers will not be sold or traded to other organizations, businesses or  individuals

         without the customer's express consent. Natural Baseball, LLC customers agree that Bizography® may provide information required by service 

         providers in order for service providers to provide services to Natural Baseball LLC customers, and Natural Baseball, LLC shall not be liable for any        

          misuse of Customer information by any service provider.

    12. Safety: Natural Baseball, LLC assumes no liability for accidents or damage that may occur with the use of Natural Baseball, LLC products. Use at your

          own risk under the supervision of an adult or coach.
